This extended 2.5 hour experience is a full body journey with more time for connection and reflection than other sessions, allowing space for you to fully drop in. This experience is ideal for those who take longer to shift out of the mind and into the body, with a slower build up and space to share, it invites you to settle, open, and be met at your own pace.
