A private half day workshop for one
This private workshop is designed to introduce you to the foundations of conscious, intentional, mindful touch. It includes live demonstration and supervised practice with a model, focusing on presence, pacing, consent, and touch quality, as well some massage techniques.

The Lovers’ Temple
A private half day workshop for two
A guided session for couples interested in developing connection through intentional touch. The experience combines grounding practices, practical learning, and a four-hands massage where I support one partner in offering touch to the other.​
